Fips ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use the Fips Trading Assistant mobile application and the https://fipsapp.com website ("Service").
1. Data We Collect
To provide and improve our Service, we collect the following types of data:
- Account Information: When you register, we collect information such as your email address and hashed password. This data is stored on the Supabase platform.
- Financial Data: Trading data such as position ID, symbol, prices, lot size, profit/loss (P/L) that you manually enter or sync via the "Smart Trade Sync" feature. This data is read-only and does not include trading execution rights.
- Usage and Analytics Data: Technical data such as your IP address (anonymized), device type, operating system, page views, and Web Vitals metrics. This data is collected through Google Analytics 4.
- Subscription Data: When you purchase a subscription, transaction metadata such as RevenueCat customer ID and purchase receipts. We do not store your credit card information.
- Support Data: When you contact us, data such as chat transcripts and error logs may be stored for up to 30 days.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and personalize our Service (e.g., cross-device sync).
- To manage and verify user accounts.
- To process subscriptions and payments.
- To provide technical support and respond to your requests.
- To analyze the usage of our Service to improve user experience and develop new features.
- To send important updates and notifications related to the Service.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors
We never sell your data. To provide our Service, we may share your data only with the following trusted third-party service providers:
- Supabase: For authentication, database, and storage services (Data center: EU Region).
- RevenueCat: To manage and validate mobile and web subscriptions.
- Paddle: To process web-based subscription payments.
- Google Analytics 4: For usage analysis (with IP anonymization enabled).
- Cloudflare: For CDN, security, and web analytics services.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as it serves the purpose for which it was collected:
- Account Data: Stored until you request to delete your account. It may remain in our systems for an additional grace period of 30 days after the deletion request.
- Trade History: Stored for 30 days for free users, and as long as the subscription is active for Pro users.
- Server and Analytics Logs: Generally stored between 30 days and 26 months (anonymized).

5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your data. These include data encryption with TLS 1.3, firewalls, secure server configurations, and access control policies.

- The right to access your data.
- The right to rectify incorrect data.
- The right to request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- The right to restrict data processing.
