This policy explains the cancellation and refund conditions for Fips Trading Assistant Pro (Premium) subscriptions.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time.
- Mobile Apps (iOS/Android): You must cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
- Website: You can cancel from your account settings page within the application.
Once the cancellation is complete, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period and will not be renewed thereafter.
2. Refund Policy
We value customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee exclusively for first-time subscribers, starting from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund by contacting us at [email protected] within the first 7 days.
3. Refund Conditions
- The money-back guarantee is valid only for the initial subscription purchase. No refunds are provided for renewal fees or subsequent subscriptions.
- Refund requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
- Refunds are processed through the original payment platform (Apple/Google/Paddle) in accordance with their terms and conditions. It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
