End-User License Agreement (EULA)
The license terms for the Fips mobile and desktop apps.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and T2MA Labs LLC ("T2MA Labs", "we", "us"). It covers the Fips mobile apps for iOS and Android, the Fips desktop app, and their updates (the "App"). Your use of the App and of the online services it connects to is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. License
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, to keep and analyze your own trading records. On a Team plan, the license also covers use for your organization's internal purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, modify or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- rent, lease, sell, sublicense or distribute the App;
- remove or change copyright or other proprietary notices;
- get around subscription checks or security features;
- use the App to scrape data or to build a competing product.
3. Ownership
The App is licensed to you, not sold. T2MA Labs and its licensors keep all rights in the App. Open-source components included in the App are licensed under their own licenses, which apply to those components.
4. Updates and beta
We may release updates, and some may be required to keep using the App. Fips is in beta, so features may change or be removed.
5. Subscriptions
Paid features are covered by the Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. Purchases in the mobile apps are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and also follow their terms.
6. Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:
- This EULA is between you and T2MA Labs only, not with Apple. T2MA Labs, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Your license is limited to using the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
- T2MA Labs, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the App or your use of it infringes its intellectual property rights, T2MA Labs, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with any third-party terms that apply when using the App.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and once you accept it, Apple may enforce it against you.
7. Apps downloaded from Google Play
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases.
8. Termination
This EULA ends automatically if you breach it. You can end it at any time by deleting the App. When it ends, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices. Deleting the App does not delete your Fips account; see our Privacy Policy for how to do that.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The App does not provide financial advice; please read our Risk Disclosure.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with the App is limited as set out in the Terms of Service, to the extent the law allows.
11. Export laws
You agree to comply with US export control and sanctions laws and any other export laws that apply to your use of the App.
12. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and applicable US federal law. Disputes will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the UK or Turkey, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.
